OCAL import tries to compile even without gnome VFS
Hi everyone,
This seems recent. In configure I have: . . . checking for PANGOFT2... yes checking for GNOME_VFS... no <-- I don't have gnome-vfs no <-- don't know what this is... checking whether byte ordering is bigendian... no . . . Use gnome-vfs: no . . . And then when I try to build:
g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -I/opt/local-exp/include/freetype2 -I/ opt/local-exp/include -I/opt/local-exp/include -I/opt/local-exp/ include/poppler -I/opt/local-exp/include/poppler/glib -I/opt/local- exp/include/poppler -I/opt/local-exp/include/gtk-2.0 -I/opt/local-exp/ lib/gtk-2.0/include -I/opt/local-exp/include/cairo -I/opt/local-exp/ include/glib-2.0 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/opt/local- exp/include -I/opt/local-exp/include/pango-1.0 -I/opt/local-exp/ include/freetype2 -I/opt/local-exp/include/libpng12 -I/opt/local-exp/ include/pixman-1 -DPOTRACE="potrace" -D_REENTRANT -I/opt/local-exp/ include/gdkmm-2.4 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/gdkmm-2.4/include -I/opt/local- exp/include/glibmm-2.4 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/glibmm-2.4/include -I/opt/ local-exp/include/pangomm-1.4 -I/opt/local-exp/include/gtk-2.0 -I/opt/ local-exp/lib/gtk-2.0/include -I/opt/local-exp/include/cairomm-1.0 -I/ opt/local-exp/include/sigc++-2.0 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/sigc++-2.0/ include -I/opt/local-exp/include/glib-2.0 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/ glib-2.0/include -I/opt/local-exp/include -I/opt/local-exp/include/ pango-1.0 -I/opt/local-exp/include/cairo -I/opt/local-exp/include/ freetype2 -I/opt/local-exp/include/libpng12 -I/opt/local-exp/include/ pixman-1 -I/opt/local-exp/include/gtkmm-2.4 -I/opt/local-exp/lib/ gtkmm-2.4/include -I/opt/local-exp/include/atkmm-1.6 -I/opt/local-exp/ include/atk-1.0 -I/opt/local-exp/include/libxml2 -I../cxxtest -I/ opt/local-exp/include -Wall -Wformat-security -W -Wpointer-arith - Wcast-align -Wsign-compare -Woverloaded-virtual -Wswitch - D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -Wno-unused-parameter -O3 -Wall -MT ui/dialog/ ocaldialogs.o -MD -MP -MF $depbase.Tpo -c -o ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.o ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp &&\ mv -f $depbase.Tpo $depbase.Po ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp: In member function ‘virtual void Inkscape::UI::Dialog::FileListViewText::on_cursor_changed()’: ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:362: warning: label ‘failquit’ defined but not used ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:360: warning: label ‘fail’ defined but not used ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp: At global scope: ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:370: warning: unused parameter ‘path’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:370: warning: unused parameter ‘column’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: error: ‘GnomeVFSHandle’ was not declared in this scope ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: error: ‘handle’ was not declared in this scope ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: error: expected primary-expression before ‘char’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: error: expected primary-expression before ‘int’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: error: initializer expression list treated as compound expression ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:389: error: expected ‘,’ or ‘;’ before ‘{’ token ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:529: warning: unused parameter ‘dir’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:529: warning: unused parameter ‘dir’ ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.cpp:388: warning: ‘Inkscape::UI::Dialog::vfs_read_callback’ defined but not used make[2]: *** [ui/dialog/ocaldialogs.o] Error 1 make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2
Does Inkscape _require_ gnome-vfs now? If it is so, it should be enforced at configure time.
