Well... the Multiple Artboards appears to be somewhat like SVG viewboxes.
Otherwise not surprisingly a couple other new features would be transparency in gradients and on-canvas gradient editing.
And I'm unsure of the Blob Brush... I can't watch the video because apparently Flash doesn't want to work for me today.

From "generates a single clean vector shape, even when strokes
overlap" it's something like Calligraphic tool with Shift.
