radial gradient documentation
I know I've asked this before and there was some simple hot key to switch the radial gradient from inside to outside - but after 30 minutes of searching and trying dragging the nodes around (asymmetrical was easy, not complete invert) So I can't find the hot key - can someone help again ? Can this be documented better - I couldn't find it in the hot keys list, nor under the tutorials, nor in the "inkscape manual" - maybe it's there somewhere but not obvious (at least to me).

Shortcut: Reverse gradient definition (Gradient tool): Shift+r http://inkscape.org/doc/keys047.html#id2252084
Inkscape manual: Adjusting Gradients - Reverse gradient definition http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Attributes-Fill-Stroke.html#id4388474

thks - that's a newer key list than I had found thru google search.
But here's a weird thing - if you draw a rect - then click on the radial gradient fill - then shift + r - nothing happens. Even if you click on the node button which gives adds the gradient adjust handles - then shift + r - nothing happens. This is what was stumping me. But click on the gradient edit button - then shift + r does reverse the gradient.
This is probably something to add to tavmjong's "manual" - the section on gradients is very detailed (thks!) but the reverse operation is probably fairly common and this little footnote might be helpful to others.

The second entry in Inkscape's 'Help' menu takes you there (assuming you are using Inkscape 0.47) ;)

The manual explicitly states: "The keyboard shortcut Shift+R reverses the Gradient direction when the Gradient Tool is active." [1]
The shortcut on the "Inkscape keyboard and mouse reference" page is listed in the Gradient tool section [2].

yes, you are right - bad day for me, not sure why but I never saw it - thks for your help and diligence.
