Dear devs,

Big thanks to everyone who filled out the survey. I'm attaching the PDF of the results here so we can have a saved record of it. There's some really interesting comments and results.

TLDR;

1. We need more windows devs 2. Build instructions are too unreliable 3. People aren't finding mentors 4. Merge requests aren't being reviewed quickly enough

What prompted this survey was a view that people were bouncing off contributing this year and I wanted to know for sure what was going on. I think we certainly have build issues, but it's not the only issues new contributors are facing.
