Hi,
We have this priority 9 bug regarding SUSE packages:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=995453&grou...
Googling for the error message, a Spanish page turned up that may be of some help to us. See the bug comments (link above) for details. Now since I don't speak Spanish, can I ask someone who does to translate the (short) letter on that page?
The Spanish page in question is https://listas.linux.org.ar/pipermail/lugar-gral/2004-May/021837.html
TIA, Arpad Biro

Ah, cool. I just closed 1041757 as a dup of this one.

maybe upgrading gtk 2.4 fixed it?
Hello, all.

It says: --------------------------- I installed Inkscape yesterday, and after running it I get this error: inkscape: relocation error: inkscape: undefined symbol: gdk_threads_lock Can somebody tell me why is that? I had no dependency-related problems installing it.
I fixed it, by changing gtk+ 2.2 to gtk+ 2.4, and on the way I installed gnome 2.6. ---------------------------
Greetings!

Hi,
I fixed it, by changing gtk+ 2.2 to gtk+ 2.4, and on the way I installed gnome 2.6.
Thank you. I added this translation as a comment to the bug.

Arpad - could you put out a call for translator updates?
Based on the pace of bugs getting fixed, we may be in freeze within a week or two and releasing within a week or so after that. :-)
