o36vtykf.exe in the Temp directory of Windows and 94EAAE87d01 in the cache directory of Firefox

This appears to be a false positive on the part of that particular scanner.

[ 1515674 ] Infected Win32 exe http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php? func=detail&aid=1515674&group_id=93438&atid=604306
A little more details:
on an XP laptop with Symantec antivirus I had installed 3 prereleases and the final 0.44. They had installed and been working fine until today. Apparently after a network update, today Symantec declared the uninst.exe file in each Inkscape directory infected by "zlob" and deleted all 4 such files in 4 directories. The inkscape.exe still works fine. I didn't try installing on this machine but I'm afraid it would block the installer.
So, what do we do? Has anyone contacted Symantec and/or NSIS?
The guys that dev NSIS are more than aware of it. In there forums they said "Here we go again" so this is common occurance. here is the link http://nsis.sourceforge.net/NSIS_False_Positives
