Toolbar icon sizes
The preferences for the toolbar icon sizes has been changed from a simple toggle of two sizes, to a combo to allow for three sizes. Also, all three toolbars are now configurable.
This fixes a problem many users, especially Ubuntu users, were seeing on monitors that only went to 1024x768 or smaller.
Things should not affect anyone's existing preferred setup, and should take manual intervention to see a difference in the UI. Give it a bit of a shake-down and see if there are any problems with settings, etc.
Thanks.
p.s. yes, I did get the release notes updated also. :-)

Changing the settings on win32 dev build also seems to change things on 0.46 via the prefs file. Great!
This also gives room for that extra button you're working on, a la heathenx's comment on your blog about duct taping two screens together to see all the icons.
Rygle.
