Hello!
I'm happy to announce that the Bleeding-Edge Inkscape Factory is up and running again!
Inkscape is being cross-compiled to Windows three-times a day, and the resulting packages are being uploaded to Modevia's Inkscape site (thanks again, Mike!). You can find them here: http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32-snap/
There are ZIP, 7z, and .exe installers for each successful build.
I would like to hear some feedback on whether the ZIP files are useful, since they take 47 MB of disk space each (47*3 = 141 MB daily!). And also I wanted to know if the "à la carte" directory was useful and if it would be worth reinstalling it.
Greetings, then!

Hello Daniel,
I downloaded the .exe installer. I already mentioned to ishmal if the dll can be stripped. libgtkmm-2.4-1.dll would go down from 24MB to 12MB. This would save a lot of space and saves data transfer. I think a god thing is to add a dist-strip to the build proccess. For debugging purposes I would provide a separate debug package that adds the files with debuginformation that are missing or different from the "normal" versions. Also I noted that you use NSIS 2.07 current version is 2.22. Maybe there are some already fixed glitches ....
HTH,
Adib.

Hi Daniel, I just brought down inkscape-0701161000.7z and am running it on Win2000. It opened up OK and appears to be working well.
I have found the .7z installer to be quite convenient and now do not use ZIP.
I found the "a la carte" directory useful for getting the inkscape.exe file whether zipped or not. I have never used any of the other bits and pieces. I use the .exe files to keep up to date and only bring down the full package occasionally when I really stuff things up. I would be quite happy for only the .exe part of the "a la carte" directory to be available.
Regards, Erik
