First, WOW! I did not expect the toolbars to be dockable so soon. Mental, you rock :)

Second, if we want to make a release with this dockability, there are a couple of things that must be fixed asap.

- We need to decide if floating toolbars are to be shared among documents (as are dialogs), or stay local to each document. FOr the latter, it's a simple sp_transientize call on the floating toolbar window so it becomes transient to the current document. For the former, it's a bit more complex, see any of the dialogs I did recently for the code. I think floating toolbars must behave as all other dialogs, i.e. be always transient to the current document. We'll also need to remember in prefs their docked/undocked status, size and position.

- Both toolbars must either be not resizable (perhaps easier in the short term), or they must reflow the buttons so they all fit. Now you simply cut them off when resizing.

- The secondary toolbar needs more material and more cosmetic work. In selector, its buttons should be divided into three groups by small spaces or dividers: group buttons, z-order buttons, rotate and flip buttons. Do you think I could start putting material into the secondary toolbar now, or should we better wait for Gtkmm? I want it to have at least a few non-button controls for the release so that people can have a better idea of what it's for.
