what I would like is to add modules that allow you to work on something specific, in this case draw outside plant telephone, which allows you to draw lines, utility poles, booths, terminals, etc.. But these are already established in INKSCAPE. As such I would like to remove a cable, then I click on the function and the cable I want to delete. This is possible, but would like to know what you think and if you are agree to add these features.

We welcome any and all contributions to inkscape. If you have the features complete in a patch or a bzr branch, then please let us know and we can do a code review.
Most code people make for inkscape will end up in inkscape, it may take some revisions to get the code perfect.
