* The window title displays "(outline)" next to the file name when that editing window is in Outline mode.
* The bug whereby stroked shapes didn't change stroke width when swithing to Outline mode or back is fixed.

The applied-blur has also been fixed since i last checked the outline mode.
I'm going to start using it now ( that initial stroke was a little too irritating before )
