Elements and Principles as sect1? And the sub sections as sect2? And what of the larger title text at the beginning? and the colors?

Unify as much as possible, but this one indeed requires two levels of sections, so please use sect1 and sect2. Disregard colors and larger text. I'll tweak it if necessary.
