This means it can't find some of the icons. This may happen if you updated your .exe but not icons.svg.
I am consistently getting the following startup messages with win32 28 march and 29 march.

I removed all "icons.svg" and reinstalled march 29 auto build a few times. Still getting the same message.
I am on win32 2000.
