I've translated the most part of the website into Chinese. And I sent a request to one of the admins two days ago to join the dev group, no response yet.
I wish to access the svn sumbit level.

1) Where exactly did you do that? :) 2) We only give commit access after two patches that are OK, but I think we can skip it in this case.

I did svn checkout and modified locally, I've added the Chinese flag into the CSS sprite image and so is the flag of Taiwan. I've sent a PM to bryce via sourceforge, I think that is why there is no response.
