I've looked, but couldn't find where the message 'Select some paths to outline.' is used in the UI. The translators comment says that '"to outline" means "to convert stroke to path"'.
Isn't this the same as the 'Convert stroke to path' command?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm wondering what words to use in my translation.

1. start Inkscape 2. select "Path/Stroke to Path" 3. focus your eyes on the status bar
