I added notes to the the bug where the libsigc++ RPMs are located. Also, I have done some more minor tweaks to the RPMS, so make sure you have the inkscape-0.37-suse90.3.i686.rpm version of the RPMS.
I do not have admin privilege to close or resolve this.

This might be worthwhile documenting in the ReleaseNotes on the Wiki or somewhere more visible.

Done. I added the libsigc2++ link.
I've started a build/compiles section in the 0.38 release notes. Can someone look this over to see if the versions are correct ?
