Finaly I could end my work in Leeds. Based on Join Type LPE and in the new Boolops code, now we have a new LPE offset. In comparsion whith SPOffset:

Similar speed, handle more cases, allow joins not only rounded and give better results -sometimes-.

I get some wrong results on cusp nodes also in JoinType LPE and problems with text give bools some times to crash. I think when Boolops and JoinType is fixed the LPE work like a cham.
