SVG has no provisions for linking shape and not linking position.

As a first step, I just committed a change which, when transforming a selection, will skip a clone if its original is also selected. This means dragging clones together with their originals no longer does double transform which distorts positions. So far, however, this only works for clones which are not scaled/rotated, so more work is needed.
