The new save confirmation dialog satisfies all these requirements - please borrow the settings from it for your messageboxes.

Also, please make transient the file selection dialog opened by the Browse button, as are the file open and save dialogs (all it requires is a call to sp_transientize()). And the progress bar window must be transient too.
