n Windows 10 I have installed Inkscape-0.92pre3-1-r15195.exe, 32 bit exe file. The directory listing for C:\Program Files (x86)\Inkscape\share\ is almost identical to the directory listing for C:\Program Files (x86)\Inkscape\share\inkscape\ that is, about 2/3 of the sub-directories are duplicated. not all the files are duplicated, but some are, for example here are a few files that show up twice: C:\Program Files (x86)\Inkscape\share>dir/s css* Volume in drive C is Acer Volume Serial Number is F465-C324 Directory of C:\Program Files (x86)\Inkscape\share\attributes 10/20/2016 04:55 PM 18,316 cssprops 10/20/2016 04:55 PM 3,413 css_defaults 2 File(s) 21,729 bytes Directory of C:\Program Files (x86)\Inkscape\share\inkscape\attributes 10/20/2016 04:55 PM 18,316 cssprops 10/20/2016 04:55 PM 3,413 css_defaults 2 File(s) 21,729 bytes .......................................................................... on Windows XP, I have unpacked Inkscape-0.92pre3.7z (32 bit 7-zip file) As far as I can tell, the 375 Python files in the directory E:\Inkscape-0.92pre3\inkscape\share\extensions are an exact duplicate of the 374 files in the directory E:\Inkscape-0.92pre3\inkscape\share\inkscape\extensions I don't remember seeing this before, don't know when it started.
