Hallo!
Danke, Christoph

Hi Christoph:
I am not quite sure what the policy of this list is when it comes to foreign language postings, but given that there is no German mailing list and that in my experience the members of the Inkscape community are really trying hard to provide the best support possible, I will try to summarise your post in English and answer it.
The problem described is that in Inkscape 0.47 when a line is duplicated and subsequently moved either by mouse or arrow keys, it would suddenly jump to an arbitrary position on the canvas. Afterwards, it is not possible to move the line any more (not even after restarting Inkscape).
I have not experienced such a behaviour and I could not reproduce the problem when I tried it today. I think it might be helpful, if you could provide information about the operating system your are working on, a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the problem and/or an example file showing the problem.
Cheers, Hannes
P.S.: Wenn dir die Antwort in Englisch nicht weiter hilft, kannst du mir gerne an hannes@...1905... in Deutsch schreiben.

Is snapping on?

Or possibly duplicating connector lines (after resizing the page) and not regular paths?
Similar issue was described in an earlier thread in inkscape-user: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.graphics.inkscape.user/13350
