Hi, I committed a patch for the pig latin dialect of English by Jon South...you can use it like so from the command line:

LANG=en_US@...1443... inkscape

It is not really a supported locale, but this is the only way to shoehorn it into the system...I'm going to blog about getting your own funky language into linux ;)
