Just wanted to say that since 0.37 till yesterdaty's snapshot nothing has changed - with a russian keyboard layout, keyboard shortcuts don't work.

I wonder if this is fixable at all. I could just add Cyrillic keysyms, but which ones? Those that are on the same key as the Latin ones? But both Latin and Cyrillic keyboard layouts can vary, there's no single standard correspondence between them. Do you or anyone else have ideas on how to address this?
