Oh, I didn't make that link, or add that item.  Someone else put it there.
It's just that warning takes up the whole first 2 page-downs there, so I
thought it would be nicer if there was an alternative without it.  I
looked at what you suggested

but it doesn't really contain images - just a few links to various
collections.  And the best ones are the last.
- Yes, that's the reason for the warning. The images on that page with
the warning shouldn't be there. It should all be categories, for Wikimedia.
So you either get a warning, and images, until someone works on fixing
it - or just a list of folders, for that super-category.

Of the few links it contains, this one looks like the best choice, at
least to me:

Oh yeah, this is what I was looking for:

find it. Is there any way to browse to it via site navigation?  Or do
you just have to know it's there?
- No, currently you need to have it in your browser history or in your
head to remember... It's not marked as 'filterable'.

I also didn't know about this page:

find it by navigating the site?  It's not in Community menu.
- It has been linked from the corresponding news article when we needed
it. It's only used and updated when there is an active contest. There
are a couple more pages of that kind, I think. One for board vote, at
least, and some WIP pages that have all been forgotten about by their
author. Visit the Pages link in the admin interface to see the full list.
