Wiki Content which Needs to be Put into Official Documentation

for the purpose of updating the FAQ and dividing into user faq and developer
faq

The faq numbers refer to the proposed new user faq. If it would be helpful,
I'd be glad to make the link edits, once the new documentation is ready.  Or
whoever writes the new documents could edit as well.
