[Inkscape-docs] about contest entry excluded?

Hi Friends, Just catching up on gallery postings since I've been under the weather last week. I noticed this image:

which is not in the contest gallery, but obviously seems to be meant to be in the contest. Awesome image, I probably would have voted for it. Is there some reason it's not in the contest gallery? Submitted too late? Does anyone know the story?
