[Inkscape-docs] Re: Changing 1.3 interface color

Hi David,

the Welcome dialog, when opened for the first time / in the first tab offers you to choose a theme.

Additionally, check the settings under Edit > Preferences, search field, term 'theme', to find settings pertaining to theming.
