I've updated the bottom paragraph about where the money goes when it's not needed for hackfests, so in case the board decides we do not need a separate 'box' for hackfest money, it remains all clear to the users what their money will be used for.

Note that on this page (we should remember to edit it too): https://inkscape.org/en/support-us/ the hackfest is introduced as an annual event.
