Great work on InkScape, shame it's so hard to contribute to the wiki. 

I was looking for a installing extension tutorial, to share on our Fablab website. Isn't there so instead of writing my own and sharing it on our Fablab website I though it would be better to have it on the Inkscape wiki / website. 

But then I can't edit the documentation page: 

(I actually can, but then I need to use svn, quite a threshold)

I found the following page, which is a regular wiki

But there is no register method, it only tells me I need to E-mail the developer list to request a account. 

1. 90% of people haven't used mailings before

2. There is no link to the actual mail list, and there are actually quite a couple of mailing lists.

Could I get an account? 

Could you guys add a link to the mailing list on the login page and possibly some tips or even add a other registration method?
