Now I am updating translations for Khmer for Inkscape, It will be finished soon. And I also would like to translate the Help for Inkscape. I want Inkscape to be fully in Khmer both applications and help. Where can start for this?

We're actually in the middle of reworking the Inkscape manual to make it much easier to translate using po tools. Unfortunately, that means you really won't have much to work on for a while until we get it figured out.
Then, after that, there's still a lot of writing to do, but plenty to translate in the meantime.
If you keep an eye on this list you'll have a better idea of what's going on.

Hi I hope we'll soon reach the point where we'll begin to write again. it would be great to have an update of the for the next release and announce in the same time the first Inkscape-manual package.
Since you have translated the UI i guess you have a good knowledge of po , which is a really good point because we'd like the help to be translated this way too.
