Hi Brynn, on staging, this will always happen when someone copies the shield plugin, which I did recently for French... It's restored now. This behaviour will change when staging is updated, Martin has repaired this in revno: 652 "Shield plugins need to be specific about their tabs or they end up stealing them when copied". This does not concern the draft, there the shield exists... When you notice, you can repair it this way: double-click on shield in edit mode, save, and publish page.
