If you're referring to this current book, there are definitely a lot of
chapters that should/could be added. (I assume you're asking because
you finished another one?)
I definitely think that (in particular for this initial version) when we
have additional polished chapters, they should be included in the book -
however, I think it's more up to Adam how often, since he's the footpad.
Additionally, we should probably be subversioning so as to keep updates
obvious. It would be strange to have 45 diffferent versions of the
"0.46" manual :) So, maybe add something like "rev 1" (so as to avoid
confusion with subversions of the software itself). I'm not sure if
this is something that would require an updated cover (I think it should
if possible), but definitely, at least, be included in the book itself
somehow.
