official tutorials titles, Tutorials page links
Hi again, I'm sorry that I don't understand exactly how this works. But I don't seem to have the ability to edit those official tutorials. I noticed that some of their titles aren't quite right. As below:
Basic tutorial -- ok Advanced tutorial -- ok Shapes tutorial -- ok Bitmap tracing tutorial -- "Inkscape tutorial: Tracing" should be "Inkscape tutorial: Tracing Bitmaps" Calligraphy tutorial -- ok Elements of Design tutorial -- "Inkscape tutorial: Elements" should be "Inkscape tutorial: Elements of Design" Tips and Tricks tutorial -- "Inkscape tutorial: " should be "Inkscape tutorial: Tips and Tricks" Interpolate tutorial -- ok
Also, it looks like the links on the Tutorials page aren't made with the plug-in. I'll be glad to get those ready today, if you like.

Hi Brynn,
the official tutorials are managed by jazzynico. Please file a bug report about their names on launchpad in inkscape, if you want them changed. Maybe it's a bug caused by the automatic creation of those files, but it might also be (partially) intentional. The names are the same for the tutorials shipped with the current and the last Inkscape version.
Also, it looks like the links on the Tutorials page aren't made with the plug-in. I'll be glad to
get those ready today, if you like. Go ahead ;)

Well I don't know if I want to get that involved. It's just that it would make the website look nicer, to have the consistent titles.
It's getting a little late for me now, but if I can't finish today (links on Tutorials page), I will asap.

If I remember correctly, "Tracing" is the original title. but it should be ok to change it.

The short title is intentional here. The SVG file and the original HTML one are quite narrow. "Element of Design" is too long and would end in the margin.
Tips and Tricks tutorial -- "Inkscape tutorial: " should be "Inkscape> tutorial: Tips and Tricks"
The empty title is not intentional. The latest generated version has a correct title.
Update files are ready, I'm going to generate the man pages, and the keys and mouse references are already available in https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape-web/+bug/1414403. And, well, I remember I still have to work on a special place in the inkscape-docs project where inkscape-web could grab updated documentation automatically...

Can you add the info to the bug report with the keys/mouse reference when everything is ready so we (Martin...) know when to put it in? (and automating would be cool, I think, but it also needs to be checked regularly if it worked)

Ah, and we now have tools to generate the HTML version (English and translations) of the man page, and the [% INCLUDE "AUTHORS" %] bug is now fixed!
