Some work was already done at http://wiki.inkscape-forum.de/handbuch before we moved to FLOSS Manuals.
Thanks for the link. I assume this will be the basis for making a German version of the manual via FLOSS.
Adam, could you please add German placeholder so that Helmut could start working on it?
I was not able to find any link to translate the chapters (I am registered and have been logged in). Has not been yet set this possibility?
