Now Inkscape is fully in Khmer already and I want to translate Help as well. So, Could you please guide me on how to start translating?

Yes, we start doing Inkscape and Gimp maunaul but not the same time. I have to set priority task for my team members but the first thing is I have to know the size of tasks for them.
