Hi, I'm a college student from South Korea who is studying about open source software.

I'm trying to help with translating inkscape tutorials as well as man pages to Korean.

So I found out I gotta make a new header and footer svg file to make the Korean ver. of tutorial.

I'm wondering if there is a specific guide line for header and footer because I found that some language versions were slightly different from others.

Also I would be grateful if you have some tips about translating tutorials to new language.
