[Inkscape-translator] what exactly means: "Click attribute to edit."

How should I read this:

#: ../src/dialogs/xml-tree.cpp:163 msgid "<b>Click</b> attribute to edit."

1. Choose what attribute you want to edit, by clicking on it. 2. Click the attribute (perhaps one already selected) to edit it.
