Done for pt_PT
In case anyone is wondering how to translate those buttons, just
add regular text saying "Sponsor Now" (translated into your own
language of course).
Then select that text and add a link to it, not a CMS plugin link,
but a regular link with Ctrl+L shortcut.
While editing the link parameters add the URL copied from English,
and lastly in the Advanced tab add btn btn-default
in the Stylesheet Classes text box.

Hi everyone, maybe you already had the 'Sponsor now' buttons in every sponsor option box when you translated the sponsor options plugin on the right side of the page https://inkscape.org/support-us/sponsors/ - then you can ignore this message :) They weren't there when I translated the page, so if you could just check if they exist in your language and add them if they don't, that would be awesome!
