[Inkscape-translator] NSIS installer update for Romanian

Please update the NSIS installer translation for Romanian from here: http://www.secarica.ro/traduceri/inkscape_0.48_installer_romanian.7z

(there was a few weird ${PRODUCT_NAME} left from the past which now should be hard Inkscape string instead)
