Nope, still not working.

Manually created the slug and page title for Portuguese, it displays
correctly in the menu and live page, but the content is still the
fallback from English language.

Going into structure mode and manually copying the plugins from English
still gives the error of no permissions. I think I've heard the
downloads plugin causing this situation before for other translators, if
I am not mistaken.
