[Inkscape-translator] Inkscpae Wiki

Hi there,

is there a way to add pt_BR to the Inkscape wiki project?

Is there also any introductory matrial newcomers should read and learn before editing the Inkscape wiki on their own languages?

Did a minor edit in the Inkscape Wiki, and, since it didn't work, I won't even go further.
