[Inkscape-translator] Where do I get the translation files...

...for the next 0.92 release? Do we still have time? :-|

I recently noted that we have a beautiful page to see the status of all translation files for the project ( https://inkscape.org/pt/doc/devel/translations-statistics-trunk.html) It's amazingly well done! Congrats!

Where can I get the files to make the translation? Should I get them form here http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/trunk/files/head:/po/
