The Inkscape program translations are currently at 88%, tutorials at 93%, keyboard shortcuts: 0%, man page: 0% - and the website is also almost not translated at all, as far as I remember.
Do you already know what kind of contents you would like to start with?
I would especially like to see more Italian translations for the keyboard shortcuts and the Inkscape program - but it's entirely your choice!
