hi all, just to confirm that access to inkscape/ weblate is operational

with my github id. I m here for the first time but Weblate interface

 is standard among projects so that it is very easy to navigate. 

I 've had a look on FR work  and added translations

 and did some rereading since yesterday. 

I guess only kernel messages are under weblate

 but i was directed here because of web pages/tutorials 

containing translated/not translated sections. As i will focus

on this part I think tutorial translations will 

follow gitlab  checkout/commit standard process.
