I got the pot file from the buglist. I'm using poedit to translate the phrases and i get an error message if i want to save the file. Maybe you can help me with the error message.

inkscape.pot:7:invalid nplurals value inkscape.pot:7:some header fields still have the initial default value

So i think i have to take a look on the options for the inkscape.pot and change something. but i have no clue, what....

maybe i have to use another tool?
