[Inkscape-translator] Updates for translations of 0.47

Hi!

Some time ago I've finished translation (Ukrainian) and decided to commit it in a common way. But to my shame my usual committer said that it is too late for the translations because now Inkscape is in hard freeze.

May it be that I have a little chance to commit translation before the release? Can someone commit the translation?
