[Inkscape-translator] Tutorial translations

Hi, I just wanted to start translating the tutorials, but the bzr web interface seems to be not working, so I downloaded the files from the svn in sourceforge, is any problem this? Another thing is that I am not familiar with the SVG creation from the .po files, any tip regarding this issue?
