[Inkscape-translator] adding a new item to inkscape.desktop

Hi,

Currently all translated entries in final inkscape.desktop file get merged from PO files.

Say, I have localized entries in another language for which there is no PO file (at least, yet). How do I add them? Create a new PO file and add them so they are picked up just like for any other language?
