Hi there,

  today, while translating several sentences related to LPE, I ran into an issue that I had overlooked before. I have been translating "Live Path Effects" as something like "Effects for paths that are (a)live", but when using this in plural (in Spanish) it didn't make sense, so I wonder; what is "live" in these effects; the "path", or the "effect"?

  Neither the manuals, nor Tavmjong's book made me none the wiser

  Who can shed some light on this conundrum?
