Navigate to the affected page, press the Edit Page button, you should be on content editing mode by default.
After that, on the top bar to the left press the Structure button to switch to a page overview mode.
From there you can see a list of all plugins present in the current page, and manage them. Just delete the affected or undesired ones by pressing the "hamburger" icon to the right.

I found there might be something wrong with the editing process in zh-hant pages. After clicking the hamburger icon and pressing the delete bottom, django reported error and nothing changed. But if I changed the language in the "error" page after delete bottom pressed, I can then delete the page successfully.

Plus, Latest news plugin cannot delete with the method above. And if you check https://inkscape.org/zh-hant in "published page" , you can find some pictures and links in the columns not displayed.
